Life can feel overwhelming at times, but you don’t have to go through it on your own. I offer calm, collaborative support for people facing a wide range of challenges—such as anxiety, depression, low self-worth, identity questions, relationship struggles, trauma, grief, or stress. Sometimes it’s harder to put into words: you may simply feel stuck, disconnected, or uncertain about what comes next.

My goal is to create a safe, non-judgemental space where you can slow down, breathe, and explore what’s happening for you. With warmth, curiosity, and respect for who you are, I’ll support you in making sense of your experiences, growing self-awareness, and moving toward the changes that feel most meaningful.

I believe therapy is most effective when you feel genuinely seen, heard, and valued. I won’t tell you how to live your life—instead, I’ll walk alongside you as you explore your thoughts, feelings, and choices.

I work from a humanistic perspective and draw on a range of approaches, tailoring sessions to each individual. I’m a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP) and hold degrees in Psychology and Psychotherapy.
